Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.
The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.
FIX API is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That would make the platform set when it lands.
What You Pay
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
The execution is the area where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That is something about priorities.
Pair that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
Here is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
However. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But be part of how you think about it.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that works comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.
